Disk space: The disk space used by all of the files in your home directory.

Background processes: The number of background processes that are running unattended on an extended basis. Test MUDs do not count against this number as long as they are shut down when not in use.

Monthly bandwidth: The amount of data transferred by your web sites and games during a calendar month. Both inbound and outbound traffic are counted.

CPU usage: The average combined CPU usage by your background processes.

Memory usage: The average combined memory usage by your background processes.

Additional Services

Dedicated IP Address ($50 one-time fee)
Your own IP address with a full range of ports to use. Required for SSL (secure socket layers).

MySQL Access ($25 one-time fee)
MySQL Database access, necessary for many PHP scripts (such as forums and content management systems). MySQL databases are backed up regularly. Web access to your MySQL database is included.

Additional Domain Name ($2 per month)
An additional domain name hosted within an existing account. Domain registration fees, e-mail, and DNS hosting are included in this cost. Additional domains use the resources (disk and bandwidth) of your current service plan.

Nightly Backups ($5 per month)
Nightly incremental backups, performed at 4 AM on all files in your home directory.

Double Disk ($25 one-time fee)
Permanently doubles your allowed disk space.

Bandwidth Overage ($0.75 per 1 GB)
A fee charged for exceeding allowed bandwidth.
